March 2014 BarkBox Review

Aren't they cute??? This is Leia and King, they are the spoiled rotten babies of my mom and dads choosing! Miss King is 11 and Leia is still a baby at 5 months old! King is used to what comes in this little brown box, but it's Leia's first BarkBox! BarkBox is a monthly subscription box that runs $39 a month with free shipping!

Here's the first look when you open up the box, (at least when you finally get it opened after pushing an excited puppy out of the way!) It comes wrapped in the most adorable dog themed paper that I wouldn't have the heart to throw away, it would make great scrapbooking paper! Let's continue!

When you open it up you see that it is packed full of all kinds of goodies picked just for your dogs! When you sign up for the BarkBox they ask you what size your dog is so they can send you the appropriate toys and treats your dogs will love! The card explains that this months theme is breakfast!

The first toy is a squeaky newspaper. I threw this for Leia but, she ran after it and came back to see what else I had for her! She isn't very good at fetching the morning paper!

The next thing is waffle flavored treats by Superior Farms Pet Provisions. I searched and searched on their website for a price for these but I couldn't find one. All of Superior Farms products are made in the USA, all natural, preservative free, and the list goes on!

King and Leia definitely couldn't wait to try these treats! Leia couldn't sit down long enough for me to take a decent picture of her begging. King sat like a good dog but, Leia just ran around!

Next is another toy, it's a eco-friendly, completely recyclable Jive ball by West Paw. West Paw strives to make sure that their products are good for the planet, even the packaging is made from 100% recyclable materials! This durable ball runs $15.00 apiece.

Leia LOVES to play with balls! She has claimed all of the cats small bouncy balls and will run around the house pushing it with her paws. She was so excited for a new ball, I couldn't get a good picture of her because she was jumping on me so I would throw the ball for her!

The next treat is an Etta Says! Crunchy Rabbit Chew. I guess I'm not supposed to know how much these run for either because I couldn't find a price on their website! This will be saved for dinner so the dogs are occupied!

The last box of treats are from Wagatha's Organic Dog Biscuits! They are a business based in Vermont, they use human grade certified organic ingredients like apples, whole barley flour, bananas and more! It's nice to know what you're feeding your pets! I finally found a price for something, for a 16 ounce box of Wagatha's Breakfast Biscuits it will cost you $10.95.

This was their last treat, so after all the other treats they had and the toys they ran after they were ready for more! Leia finally sat still long enough for me to get a picture of her, but even King was on her feet begging for a treat!

Look at this face! I'm sure she can't wait for next BarkBox!

Don't leave us hanging, let us know what you thought of this months BarkBox and don't forget to tell Leia how cute she is!
